1. Services Provided

We Code provides custom software development, web & mobile app development, cloud solutions, and automation services. The specific scope, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in individual service agreements or project proposals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (we-code.co.za) or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all intellectual property rights related to the final deliverables provided by We Code will transfer to the client upon full payment. We Code retains the right to use non-proprietary code snippets, methodologies, and tools developed during the project for other clients.

4. Payment Terms

Project milestones and payment schedules will be clearly defined in our project proposals. Invoices are generally payable within 7 to 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence and rigorous testing, We Code shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software or services once they have been signed off and deployed to production by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access to third-party tools or infrastructure required for the successful completion of the project.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

8. Modifications

We Code reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
